Hi everyone, I've been taking a bit of a break. The funny thing is I'm still 90% Atkins. The time I have spent relaxing a bit has just confirmed that this WOE is becoming a WOL for me. I have not so much fallen off the wagon as just taken some time to walk beside it for a while. I'm going though a transition from "Diet" mentality to "WOL" mentality. I like this WOL and I feel best when I follow it. I also have discovered that I really don't like a lot of the old foods anymore. When I'm ready to buckle down again I know it will be easier this time. I find that everyday I am easing more and more back into extended induction.

Hi :wave :wave
Good for you. I know what you mean..exactly what you mean, as a matter of fact.
I finally finished cleaning and moving all my furniture in so now I feel like I can concentrate on cooking and eating what I know I should be eating. It is just hard some times.
Hope to read all about your comings and goings :hugF/30

Glad to see you here again Michelle :hugWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
