I had questions about the seats while I was booking mine and I called the airlines and while talking to the lady she told me about this wonderful web site http://www.seatguru.com they have a list of planes and you can pull up a seating chart and when you move over the seat of your choice, information like extra leg room, immoveable armrest etc pops up!
Makes picking a seat a wee bit easier! Now if they only listed the size of the rest rooms!

Yes! I've used this! It helped me alot! Good reference for those of us not quite at a comfortable flying weight (YET!!!)
