  • My six month progress report

Tomorrow I will officially have been on this WOL for 6 months. It's been a journey that I never thought possible and one that I have greatly enjoyed. I am not a diet person, I never have been able to stick with one before. But for some reason when I started this I thought, "well lets just see where it takes me". I am so happy that I began this, and will continue on this route for the rest of my life. I feel great, I am happy, and I look pretty good, if I do say so myself. Most of all I am grateful to all of you who have been here in the good, the bad, and even the ugly times. You have all helped me so much, without you my success would not be possible.

So far I have lost close to 40 pounds, and 28 inches. (28 inches, that's over two feet of me gone, I can't get my brain around this number.) I need to lose 2 more pounds to get into Onederland, something I never would have thought possible. If I lose another 35 pounds I will be the size I was in high school, and that is the thinnest I have ever been. I am more then halfway there. I know that with this way of eating, you guys' moral support, and some determination I will be get there soon.

Thanks again, I feel like I have gotten my life back.
