  • Found the problem, now at peace

    Hi all! I was SO struggling this year trying to stick to induction, so last week while doing a challenge with Tickletussler, I found that adding a little fruit each day has finally started the ball rolling again! So, I've moved on to OWL. 25-30 carbs a day, and it has made SUCH a differance, I'm now able to stick no problem, and I've dropped 4 pounds! So grateful! Oh, and I've kicked out the Splenda, and thats made a differance too.

    I guess this takes me out of the summer challenge, but I'm ok with that, since I'm finally losing again! Happy weekend, all! :hug

    At about 3 months in I stopped loosing. I began OWL and started loosing again. I am so glad you found what works for you

              Kewl

              Don't be afraid to go up the rungs in OWL as long as weight keeps coming off. It'll let you eat some healthy foods and prepare you for "the rest of your life." by letting you know what you can/can't eat.
