Hi all! I was SO struggling this year trying to stick to induction, so last week while doing a challenge with Tickletussler, I found that adding a little fruit each day has finally started the ball rolling again! So, I've moved on to OWL. 25-30 carbs a day, and it has made SUCH a differance, I'm now able to stick no problem, and I've dropped 4 pounds! So grateful! Oh, and I've kicked out the Splenda, and thats made a differance too.
I guess this takes me out of the summer challenge, but I'm ok with that, since I'm finally losing again! Happy weekend, all! :hug
