Michele is one of my bestest peeps in the whole world.
She totally inspired me to start Atkin's. She looks fantastic and she runs like the wind.
I've been on Atkin's 3 weeks and have already lost nearly 20 lbs (I think) and my hypoglycemia symptoms have cleared up.
I have her to thank. I never would have started this 'woe' since I really thought it was a crock.

1. I grew up in Iowa (the Quad Cities) and I lived in Chicago for ~10 years, I moves to Madison WI for grad school, and now I live in Germany. I have lived here for 2.5 years. I will move back to Madison at the end of August to finish my thesis and finally graduate!

I lived in Germany for three years and moved to the Quad Cities. I have been here for 20 years now. Small world huh? ( Well maybe not that small, but ironic anyway)

Wow, that is a weird coincedence. How do you like the QC's?? I hated them growing up, but now they seem like such a great place to raise a family. Granted there is alot more there now than when I was living there. When I lived there 53rd avenue was a dirt road with no stoplights. I lived in LeClaire and we always used to take 53rd as a short cut to get home if it was almost curfew, because you could speed and there was never anyone out there. Funny huh?
