Thanks to everyone's support, i'm almost there!

      I eat 15-25 carbs a day
I exercise everyday at least 1 to 1.5 hrs a day
(I switch it up so my body doesn't get too used to one routine)
      I recently started running a 1.5-2.5 miles a day + a 2 miles walk afterwards, and 100 sit-ups
If I have a snack ( I don't normally, because I feel too full) it is dill pickles, chocolate blobs, boiled eggs, pepperoni chips, etc.
I try to stay away from the cheese---too much stops my loses :yikes

I started out a size 26/28 and I'm now a 16/18! I am so happy and I'm not even at goal yet

WHAT?? Did I really read that right?? You've lost almost 100 pounds since January??? Man - you look FANTASTIC!!

I'm sure your story is somewhere on these boards but please tell me - what made you start Atkins? Do you excercise a ton too??

I'm totally impressed with you! How exciting :joy

Bareleysane--I was on another diet from Jan-March (low cal, low fat, cntrld carb) I lost 37lbs! I decided I may as well do all out Atkins Mach 10th, and I've lost 58lbs since then! I work out every day! I have gotten pretty used to it, and I would feel really guilty if I missed a day. I missed one day since Jan 14th, and I felt so bad I went twice on a Saturday to make up for it. I haven't missed again since.
