    Hello from the Heat~

    Hi Everyone! We arrived in phoenix thursday night safe and sound. Thank you for all your good thoughts and prayers! :hug
    We are having a wonderful time and I am even enjoying the sun (ok, from my sisters pool so I am cool....but I am still in the sun) :joy
    I miss popping in to read the posts and see how you all are, and I only have a short time now so I want to wish you all a safe and happy summer and a steady ride on the atkins WOL Wagon! :joy :yes :joy

      Glad you are managing to have fun in Phoenix in the summer!!! Arizona is just a bit too hot for my tastes!! I'm waving to you from over here in california :wave

                  Hey Tamarah, nice to have you on our continent. I'm just north of you in Canada.....Calgary, about a 2 hour flight, not as warm as Phoenix. Enjoy your stay, and have lots of fun!!

                      Keep doing that sunshine dance....I'll be there on Saturday. Its been so cold here in Utah this year that I am looking forward to some sun and fun. I can't believe we are going to meet at last!

                          Today was incredibly hot in Phoenix..It was too hot for me. I guess you must have really missed all this to like it so much!!

                          You plan on doing anything while you are here, trips or anything or are you just visiting family? Is the whole family here with you?
