Heh, you're spot on G, it's from that movie. I'm also a Dungeons and Dragons player (for about 20 years) and made the move to online mmrpg's and that was my character's name.

Honestly, my favourite tip to stay motivated has been coming here to ha
I learn stuff from everybody everyday.

Also, this awesome self-perpetuating thing really motivates me: I started losing weight...started exercising (just walking at first)...started feeling better physically...started exercising more...motivated me to not stray from this woe....started feeling even better....made even more fitness gains..etc etc etc. I mean, I'm training for a triathlon!!! I've NEVER been an athlete! How cool is that! That totally psyche's me.

Hah! Cool! I can't ever play mmrpgs (no high speed internet), but I AM a gamer (for 10 years running) and so it's nice to meet another girl gamer.

That is so awesome about your new found athleticism, I love that!!

          Hiya!

whats the biggest obstacle you've had to overcome?

At your lowest point what did you do to overcome it?

And of course the infamous question, if you could change one thing about this WOE and still have it work, what would it be?

Isabeau, my fave movie too is Ladyhawke! Rutger is way too cute!

What is your favorite time of day and what is it about that time that makes it your favorite?

Where would you like to travel, who would you take with you and how long would you stay? (Total fantasy trip??)

Who in your extended family is the most surprised at your Atkins successes so far and why?

My biggest obstacle to overcome...hrmmm.....probably it's me. I'm my own worst enemy. I have issues with self-esteem, can be an annoying perfectionist blah blah blah! I can't even take a compliment!

How do I overcome it? One day at a time. Certainly my body image is improving bit by bit.

Probably my favourite time of day is late afternoon...that time just before the sun starts to set. There is something magical about the light at that time of day no matter what season. In the winter the light is tinged with blue making everything crisper, in the summer there is this amazing goldness that just intensifies everything...okay, I'll stop. *grins*

Man, I love to travel and have had the opportunity to see almost all of Canada, much of the U.S., Europe and Africa. I suppose my total fantasy trip would be to travel around the world, at my own pace and as sappy as this sounds, with my hubbie and kids. I'm more of a hostel/backpack traveller (I camped all through Africa).

I think my mum is the most surprised by my Atkins success so far. EVERYONE is surprised by me and the exercise thing! Including myself!

Definitely too cold. I can't stand being too hot. In my opinion, you can always dress for too cold, but not for too hot! Maybe it's the Canadian in me, who knows!
