    Hello 220's!!!

    I am totally in the 220's! Well, 228.5 but who cares! I have weighed in the same for 3 days in a row so I think it is for real. I am so happy! I have been losing slowly compared to others that started around the same time and I have been feeling a bit discouraged. This is a great motivator for me. I love getting to a new "decade" (as I think g-mom or someone called it) :icondance

      Congratulations!!!! the 220's seem so distant to me. good job!

      Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

          Restarted January 17, 2009 @ 310.5 pounds; As of Sept 21, 2009 I am now 243 lbs!!!!!! 66.5 lbs GONE !!!!!!!!
