    Lost 50 lbs - 50 To Go!

    I just wanted to share that I have now met my halfway point - 50 pounds lost! I only have 50 more to go - I'm sure my weight loss will slow up as I get closer to my goal weight - but I am determined! I have already noticed so many health and other improvements that I can't imagine how I will feel when I reach my goal weight!

        Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
        Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
        First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
        Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

          Congratulations! I can relate to the halfway point being a big deal. It feels like you climbed a hill and now get to coast down. It won't be long now!

                Great job on making the halfway there milestone. In halfway thrrough the year as well! You know what they (or at least I ) say it is all downhill from here and you can coast your way out. Congrats!!
