    Who do I spy that is on the brink of a milestone?

    Lostandfound!

    I see in her sig change today that she lost another three pounds. That brings her total to a nice even 200. Here's to a nice boot from the whooshie fairy pushing across the border, and the border guards preventing her return. Good job, Tammy!

                        Thanks so much everyone... I'm still at 200 this morning. Grrrr lol
                        I can't complain. This was the first real whoosh I have had in a long time.
                        I had it all planned to double up on my water aerobics this week, and guess what? Rain, Rain, Rain.. it's going to rain all week... Boohoo... I might do it anyway if there's no lightning..lol

                        I'm so excited. And a little aprehensive. You see, I made a promise to a certain 'Spy'
                        that I would post a certain, really awful, before pic, when I hit Onederland. Now, I really want to hit Onederland, but I really am embarrassed of this picture. I am going to do it, but just wanted to let ya'll know, it's soooooo bad. But very representative of what my life was like before Atkin's.

                        Wish me luck... Onederland...here I come!!!
