i have had more of those days than i care to remember. I have been doing everything right and i have actually gained weight. Sometimes it can be SO frustrating

Well I know how you feel! At one point I was 260 and then wham I had a change with new hormones I gained weight which made me depressed, Grandma died and I got bit by a snake, My son got his girlfriend pregnant, my Mom had a stroke and I gained weight.
