  • Boston Tomorrow!

Just wanted to say I'll be leaving for Boston tomorrow morning and so won't be around for a few weeks. I know I don't post that often but really enjoy coming here to read how everyone is doing and feel I'm going to miss all my ADBB friends and my new team mates in 'Team Fat Blaster'. I won't be able to log on whilst there so will let you all know how it went on my return as I have a big interview and training to attend during next week.

I have promised myself I will not cheat and am taking an emergency bag of atkins goodies on the plane so that I don't starve (lol) when food is dished out as it's likely to be carbs a plenty! Thanks everyone for your support so far and I'll look forward to the next time I log on Hopefully , I'll have a few more pounds to take away from the 33 lost as well as the promotion I want!

Best of luck, and enjoy Beantown. It's my favorite city, but I'm biased.

Have fun in Boston, it is an awesome city. I'm sure you'll get your excercise in too! When I went to boston I must have walked about 50 miles. Oh and be sure to take a light sweater or something, I know it is July but it seems to be perpetually cold in that city for some reason. I was freeeezing, of course I went in March. But still March in Houston (my home) is 95 degrees.

Good luck on your trip, take care of yourself. We'll see you when you get back.

          Hey Holly

Have a great time in "our" neck of the woods. Hope the training goes well and you enjoy your visit to our fair city.

Have a great time in Boston and good luck with the interview and training.

BTW I am sure there will be internet cafes there so if you find yourself slipping off the Atkins road you could log on for encouragement and support - so make sure you have your login details with you for emergencies!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
