    I was upset with myself over the weekend, for drinking and eating the wrong things but i couldnt stop myself from jumping on the scale...im addicted
    well i was very excited to see 2 pounds gone! thats a total of 37 pounds gone FOREVER!!!!!!!!

    Congrats on being down even after a weekend of offplan living. Thankfully sometimes our bodies and certain whooshie folk are kind to those who need a boost. I'll give you a hint though they do eventually stop coming if you keep teasing them with the wrong foods and drinks. 2 more pounds kicked forever to the curb!

            Congratulations for the loss!!

            I'm addicted to the scale too, but I'm trying not to weigh myself until after my two weeks of Induction and then go to about once a month weighing. (Up until this point I weighed every day.)

            I get frustrated with the flucuations so I thought that would help in that area.
