I don't get it TOM is comming I have had 11 pound gains but never this GEEEZE it better go with TOM or I'll be soo mad. I belive it may have been my asthma attack that caused me to gain something about your body retains fluid to try and heal itself, my lungs are full mof fluid and so is everything elese. I never would ahve deamed of this disappointment. Encouraging words anyone.. I know it will go away and I won't do anything stupid it's not in my nature you all know that after all I have been through with everything I won't do that to myself.

Why can't I just be healthy that's all I want ok, gunna go and cry now.

        (((Sarah)))

I had an allergic reaction to some antibiotics two weeks ago and swelled up with 10-15 pounds of water weight over 3 days, so believe me, you have my sincere sympathy!! Yes, "this too shall pass", but it sure sucks while you go through it. The mental depression was as bad as the physical discomfort.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

I am so very excited and happy that I can help in some way inspire those of you out there struggling. Boy, have I ever struggled between my Hashimotos thyroiditis, my B12 deficiency my asthma and all the infections in between sometimes I wonder how I keep going. Really I don't know that I just do. I try every single day to just take it one day at a time get through today and tomorrow will bring something better. You are all wonderful caring people and you have all helped me soo much. I am in the mind set now that nothing will stop me I am going to get to goal no matter how many infections or problems I ahve I'll get there in time it willl happen maybe not as fast as I want but, I will.

I am glad that this stuff has happened to me cause it has made me stronger it has made me even more aware of what I want. There are those who fly by never have a health problem or a hiccup and I wish some days I were like them but, I'm not I deal with my health on a daily basis and I get through it and I'm suceeding. I am so Proud of myself every day for that. If I inspire you I am so completely happy and overwhelmed with pms of people checking in on me what a wonderful feeling. and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are all truely amazing.

All will better soon Sarah! You know how TOM is I know that you have been struggling with medical problems lately, but have you ever had TOM along with them???? If not, that may be what caused the 16lb gain. The combination of the two may have been enough to do the damage.

                      Re: What The Heck!!

I know how frustrating it can be to go up in weight overnight - everytime I go up in weights at the gym, I automatically put on anywhere from 5-10 lbs of water weight, overnight, which doesn't go away for about 2-3 days. The first time it happened, I almost completely freaked out. At least now next month you know what it's about and you don't get spazzed...

I was down to my low now back up 5 pounds I am thinking my body is getting ready for a whooshie 2BIG helped me to realize this is what happens when you have a shift so I am expoecting a whooshie soon maybe down to 200 That would be excellent/
