I did it!! I made it to Onederland!!!
I never weigh myself in the evening but after a long day at the pool I just felt so light!! So I stepped on the scales and there it was. Right in front of my eyes!! 199... Hmmm..better check again...yup 199!! Better check the calibration cause somethings not right...still 199!!! I am laughing and crying and squealing like somebody's piglet!!!
In a million years I couldn't have dreamed what this day would feel like! I am so happy....
Which brings me to my before pic that I have never posted here. It is a pic of me at 312 pounds doing what I thought made me happier than anything else in the world! Eating!! With a stupid pig eating grin on my face, in hog heaven at the buffet table!!! I am so embarrassed of this picture, but it is me in all my glory. So if any one reading this has any doubts that Atkins works, you are soooo wrong!! If I can do it, anyone can!!!
Thank you to all of you. ADBB and CC have been a real lifeline for me..
I needed so much when I came here. I got every ounce of support and info, anyone could ever ask for. If I would have failed, it would have been because I simply did not want to get healthier!!
