I have been deliberating over this post for a bit, wondering what I should say, how I should say it and even if I should post it.
I can't tell you how many times I have re-typed the first line!!
As embarrassed as I am to admit it but I thought I knew better than Atkins, that I thought I could (literally!!) have my cake and eat it. I reverted back to my old ways and it was too easy for me to carry on, as I moved house, had some personal strife yada yada yada......
ANYWAY, now I am ready to be fully comitted to Atkins, I KNOW I need to do this, and that I CAN do this. I haven't put any weight back on since last time I was here (thank heavens!) but I haven't lost any either. I've also bought myself a shiny new bike and will be riding the 5 miles each way to work, so figuring that I have the exercise planned in everyday and some extra on the weekends now is the time to address what goes in my mouth! Hence the reason why I am back here!
I plan to go to the supermarket tonight and load up on legal stuff for my first induction week (baby steps, baby steps, baby steps) and then sit like I'm doing homework and plan my meals/menus.
With my love of exercise and my age working with me I have set my first few goals. Which are:
To be in the 200's by September 1st
To be 260 or under by December 1st
In short, sorry for straying and can I come back!?
