    A Year Older - 67lbs Less!

    Today I am officially 52, and weigh more than 67 lbs less than I did same time last year. Infact I am the lowest I have been at 210, since before pregnancy, which was 22 years ago! What a great birthday present to myself, the best one yet....good health! And everyone on this board is part of my success, and continued success. Thank you all so much!!!!

                      HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Wow! You look so amazing and beautiful. You certainly do not look your age. I just had a birthday a couple of weeks ago and I vowed to myself that I would not be at this weight on my next birthday. You are such an inspiration to me and I'm sure many others like me. Keep up the good work.
