    To those who are curious..

    Hi all, I wanted to pop on here and give a quit shout out to all my friends.

    I haven't been available due some things outside of this board. I hope to be back soon in full force as soon as I get alot of these things figured out and taken care of, but they are difficult.

    Anyhow, I send my love and hope to talk to you all soon....

    Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
    First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
    Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

        What the heck does this mean:

            Daily Goals:
            No wasted carbs.
            Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
            Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
            Get in the right veggies.
