What is your favorite feature about yourself? Who is your favorite world conqueror? If you could better at one thing what would it be?

I think my favorite feature about myself would have to be my hair. I used to hate it and even had it professionally straitened once, it looked awful. Thankfully it has all grown out and it is curly again.
My favorite world conquerer, hmmm ... that's a tough one, I guess it would have to be Alexander the Great. I've always been very interrested in him, that's silly.
If I could be better at something I guess I would pick finances. I am so horrible with money, I have a certain amount that is supposed to last me 6 months and it is gone in 3, and most of the time I have no idea what I spent it on. My hubby is great at money, he always has to pull me out of the hole, poor him to get stuck with someone like me, but at least we balance each other out. He's a tight wad, and I'm a spender, I've taught him a few things and he is teaching me a few too.

I love aqua marine blue, it reminds me of the Mediterranian. One of the best times in my life was there.
I don't own any pets, but I think that will change soon. My daughter is kitty and doggy crazy. I think she's still kinda young so we'll probably get her a nice fish tank and some tropical fish for her room on her birthday.
Actually, I used to dream in black and white. When I got pregnant I dreamed in color for the first time in my life. It was a sunset, so increadibly beautiful that I woke up crying. (Comparable to that scene in Gone with the Wind) I knew I was pregnant when I woke up.

if you could change one thing about the Atkins plan and it would still magicaly work what would you change and why?
I can't STAND taking supplements. It is really challenging for me to take any medicine regularly. I've had this problem my entire life. I wouldn't change the food and I wouldn't change the excercise, but I would change the fact that I take 8 pills every morning. Yuck! I am getting better at this and have a little pill box full of the supplements in my purse, just in case I forget to take them that morning. So far I haven't missed a day in the last two weeks which is amazing for me. Even more amazing then eating the right stuff. LOL, I know I'm nuts.

Is there someone you can't wait to show the new you to?
What is one thing you plan to run out and buy as soon as you reach goal?
Before I started losing weight I would dream of being thin and bumping into all those B****** from high school. I would fantasize about how shocked they would be to see me and how magically they all wanted to be my friends. Now, I realize that it is silly, I don't care about that anymore. I want to be thin just for health's sake, oh and I can't forget the admiring looks I am getting from other guys.
You know I started this WOL very, very, skeptical. I put 140 as my goal weight but I KNEW, I positively KNEW that it was a joke, there was no way I was gonna make it. Well I'm not at goal yet but I'm a lot closer. And just a tiny part of me is starting to believe that it is actually possible. Especially when I see people here who started my size and are a size 6. I can't imagine being a size 6. So I guess I haven't thought much about what I would wear; maybe a cable nit cream sweater with some khaki boot cut pants. Maybe some daisy dukes, so I can show off how my thighs don't rub against each other anymore, LOL.

You're gonna be in a size 6 in no time, girl, you are doing awesome!
Next question: Checkers or chess? What is your favorite quote and why? Were you ever on tv? Is there someone in your life that whenever you think about them you smile?

Thanks Mary-Chan, I sure hope so.
Ok, Checkers. I used to play checkers with my dad and he had no mercy. He would always win I guess I have fond memories of the game. I picked up chess for a while and I was ok, even beat my husband a few times, but it's not natural for me. I"m of the idea that games should be fun, trying to outsmart someone else is not my idea of a good time. Call me dumb if you want.
Favorite quote? I actually picked that it up from here: "Both tears and sweat are salty, but they render a different result. Tears will get you sympathy, sweat will get you change." -Jesse Jackson. I love it, it embodies that in order to attain anything you have to work for it. I agree with this whole heartedly.
I have been on TV once, but I didn't see it, I just heard about it. I was interviewed for the news. LOL, i think I was on for about 15 seconds, guess that's my 15 seconds of fame.
My daughter of course, I have so many cute memories of her that every time I think about some in particular I laugh out loud.
I also have this memory of me 16, singing on stage, at my high school chior pop show, "Celebrate, Holiday, if we took a Holiday" (madonna). Every time I think about that moment in my life I laugh so hard. I was really nevous before going on but I am so glad I did it, it is a time in my life that I will always remember.

I have one adorable little girl that I talk about constantly. Her name is Abigail, but we call her Abi for short and she is 2 and 1/2. She is the cutest kid in the entire world and I am completly in love with her. We are gonna have some problems with the boys when she's in her teens though, that's why I am trying to enjoy these uncomplicated years.
I have been lucky enough that I haven't had to work since Abi was born. This might have to change soon, i'll know in the next few weeks, I am kind of sad about this, because it means that I'll have to leave my daughter every day of the week. Ok i'm gonna start crying so I better move on the the next questions.
The biggest change in my health? I guess it would be my level of energy. Even when I get very little sleep I am very energized the next day. I feel better, and so I am nicer to both Jonathon (significant other) and our daughter Abi. I am more patient and kind. It's amazing, I thought Atkins would only affect me physically but it has revolutionized my life. I guess that's why it's called Dr. Atkins Revolutionary Diet.
