    Awww so cute!!!
    Cheap ideas:
    Tuna
    Hot Dogs
Buy meat in bulk, use then freeze what you can't use
Show up at friend's houses around dinner time? : )
    Shop with coupons
Crockpot - you can usually get several meals out of these.
Only buy what you are going to eat. If you are wasting certain foods, buy less but more often....

Whole chickens, and thighs/drums are about the cheapest meats I can find. The meat markdowns, the manager should be able to tell you when these happen, eggs, salad veggies, canned chicken from the dollar store/BigLots?

The KISS WOE is for people with yeast problems. It is basically no foods that yeast feed on such as cheese, condiments, dairy products etc., mushrooms. Even nuts can have mold. By eating a mold free diet then the yeast have nothing to survive on and die.

Shopping around with different stores to get the best buys is helpful. Watch your sale ads. Buying family packs and breaking it down into several meals saves as well. I am on a budget as well. I know what it feels like. I like to make kabobs on the grill. I can get stew meat cheap and I grow a garden. Chicken leg quarters vs. buying seperate pieces or buying whole chicken and cutting it up is helpful. I eat a lot of tuna and other types of fish I find on sale. I try to stay away from cold cuts a lot due to sodium and it makes me retain a lot of water, but they are cheap. Good luck. You have a beautiful baby too!

YES i buy alot of chicken thighs and legs as they are very inexpensive and usually find these large packs that i book up and when hungry i eat a piece of cold chicken.

GOOD LUCK, i do agree sometimes eating healthy is more expensive but u can find bargains....use store brank frozen veggies....

                  GOOD LUCK WENDY

I go to costco and buy a huge 15 pack thing of Tuna canned in water... some mayo and swiss cheese usually too. They sell a thing of like 15 or 30 hamburger patties all stacked on each other for like 10 bucks. Eggs are reasonably priced usually too.

I hit Sam's Club bright and early in the morning. That's when they've marked meat down due to dates and you can get an even better price on bulk meat. It'll be $.10-$.45 a pound cheaper. I bring it home, cut it up/patty it up and freeze it in meal portions. At Sam's Club I pick up 6lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast for $14.86. Can't beat that! I buy all my meat there vs the grocery store and find that it saves me tons. Eggs, broccoli, salad mix, mushrooms, cream, (milk for the kids), canned chicken, Splenda, and sometimes Mayo are also items I buy at Sam's.

Sam's does require a membership, but you can also go in and take a look-see beforehand. Call them Honestly, I save more than my yearly membership fee every month on meat alone.

Linda's low carb recipes has a main dish section. Click on it, then click on the "meatless" section. There are many recipes for egg dishes, and the ones with asterisks are safe for induction. Eggs are a lot cheaper than meat!!! Here's the address:

We buy all our meat/fish at Costco. Every month and a half or so, we make the trip, spend about $120 - $150, and then take it all home, separate it out & ziploc it into into proper portions, and freeze it. That easily lasts us almost 2 months - more if we stretch it.
