    Another one gone...

    I dunno how cause yesterday i weakened and ate four cookies.... but today at my doc appt, i was another pound lighter...Im now 319, which was what i weighed BEFORE i got pregnant with my son Andrew nearly two years ago...yipeee, i cant wait till im 318, cause i cant remember ever being lower I swear lol...one pound at a time....geez doesnt take much to make me happy....

    SO how did things go at the doctors appointment???? You discussed things
