  • Thought I'd share...

So, I am officially releasing to the public that I weigh 215!!! Ok, so you say, not such a big deal, still far away from goal, but you should realize, I've been stuck between 218-224 for the past 5 months. I don't blame anybody but myself, I work out constantly, but my eating hasn't been *ahem* up to par. Anyway, I hit it Tuesday morning (hadn't been on the scale for a few days) and figured it was due to me not eating a couple days (stress, creepy neighbor, no time, etc) and so I've been weighing myself religiously since then (every morning) and have been eating, drinking water, etc. And ohmygod, it stayed at 215!! Anyway. Just thought I'd share.

When I can move the ticker to 210, I think I'll scream for joy... the 230-210 break has definitely been the biggest challenge ever...

Not a big deal? Are you kidding me! This is awesome! You stuck it out for 5 months while the scales went back and forth, some people might get discouraged and toss in the towel.....but you didn't and you are now 215! I think it IS a big deal and want to congratulate you on doing so well!!!!!
