    I cried!

I went to JCPenny yesterday for clearance sales. I saw this cute little tankini and realized that I would have to get a smaller suit for the winter if I was going to take my kids to any pools. Well, I grabbed a 14 bottom and 12 top just for fun. I want them to fit by December when we are taking our kids to an indoor water park. I pulled them on. They were tight, but I was able to put them on. I didn't even break the threading. I sat there in the waiting room with my pulse racing, and crying. I had an adreneline rush all day. It is still a little too tight to wear, but it's hanging in the closet now and I will be wearing it this winter. I have not had something that small of a size on my body in many years. My kids were hooting just as much as their father.

That is wonderful news. Isn't it amazing how we can fit into smaller sizes after being on Atkins, then we did when we were this weight in the past!

Muscle definitely weighs more than fat.

CONGRATULATIONS. I have been in that position before -- it is a very emotional experience to realize that our bodies really are fitting into smaller clothes!! They might be too big by the time you put them on in the winter to wear to the pool!! Atkins is just amazing...the body just keeps getting smaller! So happy for you!

Thank you everyone! I woke up this morning and could tell I had a wooshie last night. Wouldn't you know it... my scale battery is a gonner. Oh well, I guess I will be surprised in a few days to see what lost. I'm getting so close to onederland that I shake just thinking about it.
