  • I ran 9 Miles

    WOOOHOOO, can you belive it I ran9 miles today what a HUGE accomplishment almost 10 months ago I could barely walk up the stairs and here I am running for 9 miles and it took me1.59:30 WOOOOHOOO, will wonders never cease. I am really rocking how exciting, I DID IT I DIDIT I DID IT.

    I just wanted to share my joy in 2 weeks I'll be running 10 miles I am soooo excited for what tomorrow will bring.

    Now that all my medical issues are resolved I am really doing well and I thank you all for being here for me.

      wooo hoo I'm so happy for you. I know how frustrated those medical issues have been for you and you could have thrown in the towel over any of them but you hung in there and now look at you go!

              That is awesome. I always had that in my head that somewhere down the road I wanted to just get home one night and go jogging. Not happening now, but eventually. I think it is very cool that you could and did do that.

                You RAN nine miles?? That's AMAZING!!! I think I'd probably die if I walked nine, much less ran. What an accomplishment!!!

                    WOW!! Congratulations!! You are my inspiration. I want to start jogging soon, but I think I'm going to get my weight down more before I try.

                    Again, many, many congrats!! That is sooo awesome!!

                      Amazing job - you are quite the motivator for me to break out of my "run 2 and done" routine. I am so impressed with your determination. Congrats on the great time.

                        Thank you I was thinking it wasn't that great I am such a pusher lol always wanna do better and better. Before long I'll be running a 10 in that time I hope any how. I am glad I can be a modivator I lhave the just do it attitude and everyone here knows I have had my fill of sickness and really struggling to get in anything but, everything has worked out and I have pulled through all that I ahve been through has taught me a lot about myself. NOTHING WILL STOP ME. NOTHING. I am reaping the rewards of living healthy and exercising ad I'm loving it. I mostly love that I can ran now 10 months ago I would never have thoght I would be here telling you about me running 9 miles WOW what a great accomplishment.

                          Wow...I'd only run if someone was chasing me! Lol! And I used to run cross country in Junior High! I'm super proud of you! That's awesome!!!!

                            That rocks! I am soooo happy for you. I often daydream about getting my tennis shoes on one afternoon and actually jogging for a mile or so. I can barely make my 25 minute walk right now (it is down hill and up hill). I wonder how long it will take me to be able to "jog." I REALLY REALLY want to.
