Re: New Century Club Atkineers - Read these Tips

    Hi,
How do you become a member of the century club? I have just under 200 pounds to lose now.
We can lose this weight! Hugs, Jenny
    Female 43

    Restart Induction: 1/4/08
    Weight:375
    Current Weight 1/16/08: 360.6

This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

Howdy everyone! I too am a 100 pounder Atkineer. My post partum weight was 265 and my goal weight is 165. Does that qualify me to me a member? What do we need to do excatly or who do we contact?

By posting here you have just become a fully paid-up member, though some members might pm you separately about the forehead tattoo!! LOL

Post away with any questions or vents you need to make and you will get responses from others who have /had 100+ pounds to lose and understand what you are going through.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

              Hi Everyone,
I am posting for the first time on this forum. I have 111.5 lbs to go to reach my far far away goal of 150. I started at 261.5. I have been fat since approx age 14/15. I am now almost 59! Time to get off the excuse wagon don't you think? I have been reading the posts and everyone seems so encouraging and heaven knows we all need that. I am into my second week of induction, lost 8lbs!!!!!!

Re: New Century Club Atkineers - Read these Tips

Hello. I need to lose 100+ pounds. I'm not sure of what my ultimate goal weight should be, but currently at 347 lbs, I know my goal isn't 247, so I know I need to lose more than 100 lbs.

I know I have to lose 10 before I will lose 100... I am so very committed this time that it's actually exciting.

I am almost done with Day 7 of Re-Induction and everything has been going great! Talk to you all soon...
