Shoot for doing the very best you can. Even if those numbers don't match up with what you'd hoped for, you'll feel so much happier, healthier, and those clothes will be hanging off of you!
I think it is possible with a lot of focus and dedication. I would like to lose 40 by Thanksgiving as well. I think I will make that a mini-goal for me as well!
You can do it! Work hard and stay true to this WOL and you will be looking and feeling so great by Thanksgiving that you won't even care if you didn't make it to that magic number.
You'll also be so fabulous that you will easily pass by the stuffing and say more turkey please.

I agree, do the best you can! Stick to your Atkins, drink lots of water and exercise and you'll be well on your way to all your weightloss and healthier you goals.
