  • Wednesday Roll Call

I didn't see the topic anywhere else so here goes. Get your bums over here and report in!

Today has been pretty decent for me. I doubled up my exercise last night just to see how horrible I would feel today. So instead of doing a single four song set to my favorite Phil Collins CD, I did two. I had to break in between them for a couple of hours to let my knee settle down, but hey, I still did it. So basically I did a jump from one 21 minute workout to two 21 minute workouts, or 42 minutes of walking yesterday.

I am shocked I don't feel like crap today. The knee feels good and I am charged. I think I am going to try to do this everyday to see if the results come in a little quicker.

Workin on the water now. All else is well.

Great job, Brandon! I did the same thing you tried. Today I'm going for 2-30-minute walking sessions as opposed to one. I'm doing one in the afternoon and one in the evening! Here's to building up the workout routine! *hip bump* Way to go, you!

Hi JoAnne! I am so excited your honey comes home this month!

I got the problems with registration sorted out yesterday, so now I can go forward with my plans. Been watching CNN constantly, the footage they show really just sucks you in and I can't stop watching when I start. Did 34 minutes of treadmill at 3.2 mph ish, felt good! Then our house got invaded with flies and then ants. Now I am a little dizzy from all the raid I have been using lol. Was 219.5 this morning. Weight loss hasn't been going as fast as it was going, but at least it is going... I leave for seattle tomorow and then onto my alaska cruise on saturday, woohoo!!

That has been my day. Hope everyone else is having a great day!

LOL, we got some Phil Collins groupy stuff going on here today.

I had a pretty good day today, did my start it up/slim in six. I'm not that sore anymore and am able to keep up better. I ate about 1500 calories today which is 700 below what I need to maintain my weight, plus I worked out so I feel pretty confident. I'm a little nervous about my weigh in day coming up on Saturday but I am a lot excited too.
