I will be 60 (yikes!) on Feb. 6. I remember how "scary" it seemed when I turned 40 and called my mother to say so. Her reaction: How do you think I must feel to have a 40 year old daughter? Where have the years gone? Regrets for all the things I didn't do when I was younger and could, but hope that my hip revision in March (the first op in September was botched) will allow me to at least feel younger than I actually am.
