  • Here I go again...

Well, after 3 moves in 6 months and many financial pressures and marriage trouble, I'm going to try again. I have gained 20 lbs. since straying from this WOL. I'm so proud of all you for sticking with this and your results speak for themselves. I'm going to stick to a strict induction for a while, hoping to shed those 20 lbs. quickly. I feel so unhealthy. I can't wait to get back in ketosis. I've tried to start back several times and everytime some big stressor hits me and I immediately run to the pantry. I'm hoping being on the ADBB will help me keep accountable and when something comes up, I'll hit the board instead of eating. See you around!

You did the smart thing by jumping back on the wagon and you were smarter still by returning to your support family. They have helped me in the past so much and continue to do so today. We have a roll call everyday. Hop your booty on and report in, let us know how you are doing, and come see us so we can keep you focused on your weight loss goal. I am glad to have you back! -hug-

Hi! Welcome home! I fell off the wagon and gained over 40 pounds in 3 months! The good news is that I've already lost 24 of them in 2.5 weeks of strict Atkins. You can do it, girl!

Thank you all so much for the support! It feels great to be home among ADBB friends. Today is a new beginning! I just got back from the grocery store and now I'm stocked up on all my Atkins healthy foods. I'm off to drink my water.
