    I'm down 3 pounds since last Monday!

    Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

    And since starting walking, in a week I've lost an inch in my hips AND my waist! I haven't even measured any other bits!

    Woohoooooo!!!

    How is everyone else doing?

    Congrats on being a loser Cleo!!!!

    Tom has finally left, and I'm down almost 2 pounds. Having a much better day today then last week ever was.

        Sorry I am a little late in posting for Monday. Today was a little rough for me as my hip has been bothering me. I thought that once I got started walking that it would free up and stop hurting, but it didn't. It didn't start hurting worse, though, so i just worked through the nagging pain to finish up right.

        Everything else is right on track.

            I was down 2 lbs as of Sunday from the past week or so. I was at 260-261 for the last two weeks (I had a LONG summer stall of very little weight loss, but definitely inches lost) and was pretty surprised when the scale told me 259. Weighed myself 5 times to make sure! LOL.

            Well, the scale still told me 259 this morning, so it must be right.

            I'm not really doing anything differently, so I am beginning to believe that this is just going to be my way of losing weight. Slow but steady, inches and a little weight at a time.
            Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
            STAC Restart: 1/05/09
            306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

            Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
            Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

            Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
            Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
            Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
            Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!
