    Bethany is here

    Miss Bethany was born this morning at about 5 am EDT. She was 7lbs 3 oz with lots of brown hair and good lungs from what I could hear. Dawn and baby are both doing well and should be home in a day or so. Just figured I'd let ya'll know.

        Yay! Thanks for the update! Tell Dawn congratulations on her gorgeous baby girl!

        Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
        Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
        Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
         Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!
