    I'm doing great! I hit 203 this morning. I have had a cold and not eating as much as normal, but I will take the loss however it comes. The cold is getting better today and the appetite is increasing. Hopefully I don't have a gain now. My ankle is healing nicely. It is now a light green color instead of black and purple. I have the removable cast on for another week and a half.

    I had an exciting day today. I wore my last pair of "skinny" jeans that I own with a top that my mother just handed down to me size L and I felt that I looked good.(The thighs are even too lose on me) I met a friend this morning and she just kept looking at me and saying that I didn't need to lose any more weight because I looked great. I do have more to lose and I will, but it was nice to hear that I don't look fat anymore.

      Checking in. Some good stuff this morning already!

      Went to the doctors this morning to have blood drawn to check my thyroid and cholesterol. Will have the results next week. I have a nice lovely bruise at my elbow now, but for once i don't mind, because this is the first time they've been able to get blood from my arm in a LONG time. instead of doing a butterfly on my hand. Another advantage of losing weight!

      Also did my official "weigh in", and the scale there said 263 (but it was the same my home scale said when I was fully clothed, I weighed 259 without clothes/shoes). We compared weights to my previous visit (March, was 274, so 11 lbs in 6 months) and I had them look back to the first time I visited the doctor (9, 1999 like 6? years ago) and I weighed 294 then (ouch!). So this is definitely the lowest I've been in 6+ years! The nurse was so excited for me and gave me a hug. Hugs in the morning are good! Can't wait to see my cholesterol results next week.

      In other news, I'm sore from the abuse-I mean, workout my personal trainer put me through at the gym yesterday. It's a good sore, right?

      Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
      Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

      Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
      Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
      Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
      Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

          I'm still at 228. TOM has come back for another swan song, and I'm hoping that my lack of losing is because of that....

          Otherwise, the day was good. Yay for Friday!!!!

            Ok...so this is more of a Saturday/Sunday roll call, but....such is my life!

            This week has been very good and lots of fun. I've been to the gym like a trooper. Even yesterday after going to Tokyo for the day to shake hands with one of my boy bands (They remembered me!! Squeels of delight!). I was wrecked when I came home, but still bouncing off the walls, so I thought I should go walk off some of my extra energy. 5 1/2km later, I was much less bouncy, but still feeling pretty good.
