    Hi everyone, I haven't been lurking on the boards for a while now.
    For the past 3 months I had been working a second job which made it difficult for me to stick with low-carbs, especially when fast food is soo quick, easy, cheap.I just quick the second job and thankfully some how maintained my weight. Today is only my second day and it is a struggle, but with summer being gone I need some motivation. Any advice or words of wisdom.

    PLAN--when I fail to do it, I fail to eat right or well. I put together food to take with me when I travel so I won't stray. Pack lunches to go visit friends and take my water with me. Invest in a small cooler that will carry a 2 water bottles, a salad and some dressing and pack up a tuna salad, or chicken or even steak with some lettuce and then a cheese stick and pepperoni for snack. You can do it!
