    I never ask for prayers, but...

    I never ask for this but I've seen the power of prayer and positive energy work wonders.

    I had one of the worst days of my life today. My new daughter, Gabrielle, is in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children's hopsital in Boston. We traveled by ambulance from the pediatrician's office this morning. And she is now getting the best care in the world.

    She basically has a urinary tract infection, (which can be fatal in newborns) and they are waiting to see if it has transferred to her blood, or her spinal fluid. Initial tests show the spinal fluid is clear, so that's good. But we wait 48 hours to know for sure.

    So if you pray, or think positive thoughts, or send energy. I'd really appreciate it for my baby girl.

    I'll say prayers for your little girl...stay strong...positive thinking is very important.

              I used to know someone that worked at that center and I heard it was one of the best, so I know she will be in good hands.
