Has anyone checked out ediets.com for atkins. I see they have a daily meal plan and such there. Anyone ever used it or know anything about it?

I did it a while ago. They give some really good recipies, I didn't try them all some of them had some pretty exotic ingredients. But I didn't renew it when my time ran out. I just didn't think it was worth the money for me.Jeanne

I didn't save them on the computer but I printed them out. If I can find them I will let you know. The one we liked the best was Crab Bisque. It had crushed tomato's, cream, canned crab and spices. Hubby thought it was great and made it alot. I was in absolute heaven. Now where is that darn thing....Jeanne
