I know you probably do not remember me, but I am back. I have been lurking for a while, but have been too embarrased to post. I had tried to follow a low calorie diet in the past months and had some success (18lbs) but I was very HUNGRY all of the time. Sooooo......here I am. Back to the real WOE. This WOE really works for me! I never feel hungry when I am eating this way. I am at my wits end with my weight and I need to do something about it!
I am a RN and my hospital is hosting a "Employee Fitness Challenge." It starts today so off I go!
So, here is my question: The fitness challenge is for 3 months. My goal for the 3 months is to lose 50lbs. Do you think it is a realistic goal? I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle (besides work) and plan on exercising 4x a week to start. I am 250lbs. I weighed 160lbs when I got married 11 years ago and was a size 9-10. Boy, do I wish I were back there again.........
.
Anyway, I am glad to be back and look forward to chattin with you!
