  • I am back!

I know you probably do not remember me, but I am back. I have been lurking for a while, but have been too embarrased to post. I had tried to follow a low calorie diet in the past months and had some success (18lbs) but I was very HUNGRY all of the time. Sooooo......here I am. Back to the real WOE. This WOE really works for me! I never feel hungry when I am eating this way. I am at my wits end with my weight and I need to do something about it!
I am a RN and my hospital is hosting a "Employee Fitness Challenge." It starts today so off I go!

So, here is my question: The fitness challenge is for 3 months. My goal for the 3 months is to lose 50lbs. Do you think it is a realistic goal? I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle (besides work) and plan on exercising 4x a week to start. I am 250lbs. I weighed 160lbs when I got married 11 years ago and was a size 9-10. Boy, do I wish I were back there again......... .

Anyway, I am glad to be back and look forward to chattin with you!

    Jennifer

Jennifer--you go girl, congrats on coming back. climb back up on the wagon, there's always room for more! Not sure 50 pounds in 3 months is a certainty but weight loss of any kind is a good thing, ya know? Welcome back!

How much do you lose in the next 2 weeks?

Dr A says that the amount you lose in the first 2 weeks dictates (generally) what your metabolism is. Let us know your results when you get there. Also, start exercising. TODAY. Fur shur, man! My first month back on Atkins, I lost 30 pounds. Why? Exercise!

I hate being hungry, and I hated doing Weight Watchers! *lol* And I only lost 25 pounds in 3 months. I can't wait to see what I lose in 3 on this WOE again! Last time it was 55 pounds.

Again--that is me. I exercise, eat right, drink my ewater and get my daily dose of the positivity that is ADBB!

You can do it! You can do it!

      You. Can. Do. It!

If you want a challenge to keep you on track and want to set a goal for New Year's Eve, click on the link in my siggy line! We'd be glad to have you! To date, we've already lost well in excess of 225 pounds!
