Well hey to all my fellow Centurians!!! Yes I know I disappeared for a month. I had a lot going on and getting to the computer was very hard for me.
The end of August, my blood pressure began to rise and I started swelling. I was put on strict bedrest. Due to the position of the baby too, I couldn't sit for very long periods of time... or walk for long periods of time... in fact I was downright miserable. Also at this time, my husband severly burned the tops of his feet. He was in the emergency room while I was up in labor and delivery! They had to call him up from the emergency room so I could push! LOL
On the 12th of September, I gave birth to Bethany Leigh Marcia. She weighed in at 7lbs. 3 oz. and was 19 inches long. She had a head full of brown/black curly hair. She came out very fast and due to this she was bruised on her head pretty bad and fractured her collar bone. She ended up having a problem with jaundice due to her bruises and ended up in the nursery for phototherapy for a couple of days til her bilirubin count went down. Here's a couple of newborn pics:

Here's her more recent pics:

Right now I am breastfeeding so my carb count is around 80. After my six week check up and surgery to have my tubes tied, I will start working out again.
Sorry to be gone for so long. Thanks to all of you who emailed me... especially you Jo! Your baby gift made me smile and was so ME since it was a Harley Davidson outfit for the baby! Thanks so much!!!!
Miss you all and hopefully won't be such a stranger...
