  • Monday water and exercise check-in!

    That's right, you people!

    Water AND exercise!

    Water: I'm drinking my first 32 ounces now (don't rush me--I'm waking up), and I always walk at night, so I'll usually check in my exercise the next day.

    C'mon! We all know exercise and water are important! Give me 5 minutes today! Just 5!

    Exercise yesterday: 4 miles, flat incline, 740 calories.
    Water: First 32 ounces!

    Cleo I'm inspired! I'm either gonna hit the tread mill tonight or do a WATP tape. I got the first 20 oz down. Heading for 70 today.

      Wow, you did four miles, that is pretty awesome!! I always start to get bored after the second mile. I really need to get on this exercise bandwagon!! I MUST EXERCISE TODAY!!!

      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

        Hey I mowed my lawn for 2 plus hours so I got my workout! Then I've been guzzling water since!

          Okay, I finally "formally" exercised! 25 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.3 mph (total = 1.25 miles). Could have done more, but I also had to walk my dog. Might do more later, but at least I did something today FINALLY. Felt good too was the wierd thing!

            Hi Cleo - yesterday I did 1 mile WATP and 100 oz of water!

            Today half way through my first 50 oz of water and about to do WATP ( I want to get 2 miles in today)
