I remember meeting you back in your every early days and I confused the heck out of you making you dig deeper into the actual workings of the Atkins plan to understand how the program works and why. Your Atkins knowlege has grown as your body fat shrunk. You have alsways been there to help the newbies and support the CC folk. COngrats again Kent Make the CC pround another of our own is admin.

I agree, 2big! For as long as I've been here, Kent's always been such a motivator and a positive vibe on this board! Seeing him progress to adminsitrator seems extremely natural!
