    So how are we doing?!

    I didn't exercise last night due to flu, but tonight I'll be back at it!


    Strut your stuff and let us know how much you want this woe through water and exercise!

    Make the rest of us either really inspired or insanely jealous!

    Exercise is not an option. Neither is hydration!

    I drank 5 Quarts of water yesterday (160 ounces) and did my full hour of Chest workout.

    Is there such a thing as too much water? I feel fine drinking this much, but wonder if there is a limit I should avoid?

      I don't think you can actually poison yourself with water unless you are drinking much, much more than that. At 290, technically, you are to have 64 ounce, plus an extra 8 for every 25 pounds you are overweight. You'd be needing around 104 ounces. 160, if you're thirsty, shouldn't be an issue, especially if you are replenishing fluids lost through perspiration/exercise!

      Way to go on the exercise and the water!

        I am doing a gallon every day this month. And also my rehearsals with Godspell give me at LEAST 15 minutes of aerobic movement and about 45 or running around a stage like a crazy person.

        I walk at least 10 minutes a day, due to working in downtown Cleveland.

        Weight on 9/30/07 239.8! Lowest EVER!
        If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?

          Just a side note....that it is possible to drink too much water and upset your sodium levels. You do need to be careful. But Cleo's right about the eight-8 oz glasses and another 8oz for every 25 lbs to lose.
