    94 lbs gone PHOTOS!!!

    Well everyone has wanted to see photos of my progress so im trying here.

    FIRST off thanks to KATLAM for resizing my photos so that i can do this!
    I hate the before but i have to deal with it.

    SO thats were I am at now and faceing that horrible before picture is hard. THE before face photo is actually POST op by about 2 weeks and i was probably down about 40 something pounds there......

                    I got tears in my eyes when I looked at your before/now photos. I can't tell you how happy I am for you. You are absolutely doing fantastic and I admire all that you have done and the sacrifices you have made to get healthy. Congratulations. I am so proud of you!!!

                        THANKS everyone....I am getting happier by the day!

                        I have gone from the category SUPER MORBIDLY OBESITE to MORBIDLY OBESITE to just obesite and now almost just crossing into the overweight
                        category and that im proud of.

                        I know my surgery tool and following the rules of atkins
                        with high protein, lo carb has helped me achieve such
                        success right now.

                        THANKS again for all the kind words its very hard to
                        face the before photos and share with the everyone,
                        but i did it.
