    MARy-CHAN DOWN 50 POUNDS!!!

    Hey, Mary...did I miss your milestone announcement thread? I just noticed you lost 50 pounds!!! WAY TO GO, YOU BIG TIME LOSER!!! You're half way to your wedding in Disney!!! I remember when you were struggling to lose just 20, and now look at you! Very proud of you, lady!

    Thank you SO MUCH for the thread maribelle!!!!!! I hadn't made a thread about it, not sure why, but that was so nice to come to the board and see someone else had noticed!! Thank you thank you thank you! It took me a few months to reallly learn "the ropes" of atkins I think, but thanks to the ADBB I have been losing faster then ever and am sooo optimistic!! This is the first time in years I've felt anything close to "normal" and owe it largely in part to the ADBB.

    I started this WOL as a total last resort - made 160 my goal but thought I would be lucky if I lost even 10 pounds... I can't believe I've lost 50!! Last month I saw my family for the first time in 4 months (we live on opposite sides of the country) and they were all so amazed and said they didnt even recognize me when they pulled up... It made me feel so good! I can't believe I'm only 8 pounds away from Onederland today... This WOL is soo amazing.. I have so much further still to go, but for the firsts time in years I think may actually make goal!!

    Thank you, Maribelle, and thank you everyone for helping me to make it to my half way mark!!

    Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
    First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
    Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

      If anyone was interested, here are some before and durings. Though the "during's" were taken last month, I've actually lost 12 pounds more since then, but I only have pics taken of me when I'm on vacation

      Hopefully I resized them right so they dont' show up huge...

        wow the difference is crazy astounding.You look really really good.You are very inspirational. Maybe I should start taking pictures too to help with motivation.COngrats

            Congratulations on your loss Mary
            50 pounds is a huge milestone to achieve

            And from your photo it looks as if you have lost more than that !!
