  • Am I ever going to see Onederland?

I have been stuck at 200 pounds for what feels like forever. Actually it has been about a month. I went back to extended induction because of no losses, and two because of yeast issues. On the yeast forum they suggested eating basically just meat and veggies and nothing else. That is soooo hard, but maybe that is what I need to do. I have been basically doing it except I have been having cheese in my omlette every morning. I don't know if I can give up cheese. Any suggestions for how to break this stall? Should I up my exercise? or Is this just an adjustment time for my body and I need to wait it out?

I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

I'm unfamiliar with the yeast issues, so not sure how much that may be effecting it, but upping the exercise is never a bad idea. Unless you exercise like a mad women already . I find whenever my weight loss slows that it's almost always remedied by upping my exercise, or adding a different type of exercise into the mix. Like if I have been doing nothing but treadmilling for a week and don't lose much, then I will try to add a little strength training or aerobics video. Just something different. So far so good for me.

Goodluck I will try to send the whooshie fairy your way so she can nudge you into onederland. Congratulations on being so close!!!

Same for me...only with twoterville! Got into it once, then bounced back up and can't break it back down. I'm having yeast issues to. If you do the meat and veggies for two to four weeks, sometimes thats enough to restart the losing process. I did that for four weeks this Spring, and lost 40 pounds. Now I need to do it again. Its a little more expensive, but its worth it to see that scale move again. Hang in there...suddenly it will happen!

Remember it is not a stall until you have gone 6 weeks without a loss in pounds OR inches! Have you made friends with your tape measure?
One of the best stall breakers I have seen here is to up your water!
Also,,,,, I think cheese is one of the big no-no's with a yeast problem?
