  • Surprise wooshie! whoa!

So I woke up today (after working late hours for my job) and weighed myself as I always do, not expecting any difference. I am just getting over TOM and am on antibiotics for a respiratory infection and both, of course, typically stall me and make me gain water weight. And as a slow loser, while I weigh myself daily, I don't let my emotions get worked up if I don't lose much often.

But I had to weigh myself this morning and had to do it 5 times. 255.6! What??? I had been 258.6 yesterday. Whoa!

I haven't been eating as well as I should have this past week or so either, as the antibiotics have been making everything taste funny, so I've been trying to do the best as I can, and probably not getting in as much veggies as usual because they all taste weird. I also had to skip exercising since I was sick (ugh).

Well, I'll take this surprise weight loss, not that I'm complaining. This puts me over 90lbs lost now. And this is the lowest weight I've been at in probably 8 years, as far as I remember.

Working toward joining the 100# club next. Hopefully by the end of the year, but who knows?
