  • Its been awhile

I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing these days. In September I have been on Atkins for a year and have lost over 30 pounds and a ton of inches. Things are going slowly, but smoothly. I hit some rough patches, but I am glad to report that I worked my way back. I am in the process of trying some new things. I need some spark, so to the suggestion of some good friends, I am going to try some new avenues....take up some yoga, try new low carb meals etc etc. Anyway, I just wanted to poke my head in here and say hello. I hope all is well with everyone.

Congratulations on your loss so far Banderaslover.
It is good to know you are still travelling along the Atkins Way
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
