How to put pictures in your siggy?

In the main forum the link to this question doesn't work. Can anyone give me the directions on how to do this? I am taking my "during" picture tonight. It was a job finding a before picture to use. I have been avoiding pictures for years it seems. I didn't realize how bad it was until I tried to find a picture, especially a full body shot. Thank you.

You open your CP panel and click, "edit signature".
Then you click this and input your picture URL.
Then you hit "submit" and Bob's your father's brother!

I can't wait to see your pictures!
