    Anyone else loose skin?

Granted, weight loss is exponentially more important than the temporary loose skin we develop while our bodies are hurrying to catch up with us. Still, it's fun to gripe!

Still, do you have skin a-hangin' in places because of weight loss?

I have batwings. I swear these are weapons of mass destruction. It's just too bad I couldn't use them to harness wind energy to help the environment. I could stand on a tall building on a windy day and probably be flying squirrel monkey girl! Who needs a cape?

Add another belly flap to the list. I don't know what I expect after giving birth three times and being overweight for 15 years, but geeesh! I was hoping the flap was fat and would disappear, now I'm thinking it's skin. eeewwwww

Ha! I look like I am melting. Everything used to be very firm, but now I have skin everywhere. It is gross, but slowly I notice that it is coming back to shape.

Count me in. My most problematic areas are the "bat wings" underarm area and upper thighs. These are both really gross looking. I don't know if the skin will recover there or not. I guess we will wait and see. I can't imagine what it will look like after losing 50 more pounds.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! You know, since I've started rowing and doing more arm exercises, the flesh isn't so flabby! I'm a little bit surprised. Sure, they're still weapons of mass destruction, but they're not as bad. I'm praying I won't need skin removal surgery after I hit goal.

And did you see the guys in the Biggest Loser? The guys make me feel REALLY thankful. There skin sag is a lot worse.

My arms aren't too bad yet, I'm thinking working out helps with that a little. My belly is sad. I see a tummy tuck in the distant future. I hope to god I don't have to have a whole body lift LOL

Hi goin2b!!! It is SO good to see you again!!!

I agree. Surgery and that thing called "pain" scare the heck out of me. I've decided that if I have to slow down to lose the weight so I don't have to have skin removed, that's fine by me! *l*

Thanks I'm here a lot, I just have mostly been lurking LOL

I saw a program where gastric bypass patients had whole body lifts and it freaked me out, because I have as much to lose as many of them lost.. but I'm wondering since they lost weight so quickly if that contributes to a more baggy body? Do most work out like we try to? I honestly don't know.
