    Cranberry, I hope you are not upset that I mentioned your earlier photo. I just remember thinking, "Goodness, I wish I looked like her!" and astounded at the change. It was all meant in the most complimentary light!!!

      momtofour - it sounds like you and I are pretty much in the same boat. Are you doing OWL or extended induction?
      I was climbing the owl rungs, but I discovered that I have yeast in my system, so I started doing a more strict diet to keep the yeast under control. That has proved to be very hard. I'm sure I'm losing slow because of this and not following the yeast free diet exactly as I'm supposed to. I'm hoping I'm losing slower now because my body is adjusting. Actually the last two times I've complained that I haven't lost anything, I ended up losing. I lost a pound today. I just hope it keeps going.

        I can say I understand your frusturation the question I have for you is do you exercise??? Maybe you are eating more carbs then you think??

        Any answers help us a lot to see what's going on. I had to drop cream from my WOE and I also had to start exercising like a wild woman I have Hypothyroidism. It's still slow but, I work soo hard to get where I wanna be I work out 6-7 days per week as well 5 days running nad 2 days weight training.
