I was just a checkin in and posting on some threads. I just noticed this one.
I appreciate everyones comments! You made my day. Honestly, eating this way has saved my life. I am so much healthier, happier, and I do feel younger. Thanks for saying I look younger.
Without ADBB and all of you, I am afraid I wouldn't have made it this far. I will be here at ADBB as often as I can be, heck you are more like family.
Please go look in the mirror too. You all have made great progress too. We are a bunch of BIG losers!! And proud of it.
